The unwind school of music comes under the umbrella of a larger movement called the unwind center. The center since 1998 has promoted musical genres like jazz, artist tribute and unplugged music through various music festivals. The unwind school follows the same tenets and defeats the popular belief that music has to be associated with loud, rude behavior, drugs and alcohol.

The unwind school of music is a conservatory that is committed to making music accessible. The school pushes the limit of music education and aims to realistically convert a love for music into useable skills. Beginners are nurtured into confident musician who are ready to take music professionally or even simply as a private artistic expression. More than a decade of experienced in nurturing talent has also streamlined the teaching method bridging the gap between music and the creative individual.

The value of unwind school of music is to remove the preconceived notion that exciting music can only be created or savored with alcohol, smoking and drugs. The unwind school instructors are working musicians that include active artist from music industry. The instructors follow the prescribed syllabus to complete the various courses but they are chosen to be Unwind instructors primarily to pass on the joy and the timeless beauty of music.

Unwind school of music brings to you the classes varying from piano, Keyboard ,Western Vocals, Drums, Toddler percussion program, Guitar ,Violin and Disc Jockey (DJ) classes.

The Unwind School of Music commits itself to tutoring and nurturing potential, musical talent. The faculty at the school comprise of professional musicians that regularly perform live on stage and record in studios. The focus is to develop a strong balance between music theory and live performance skills.

Courses offered: Western Vocals, Guitar, Keyboard, Drums, Violin, Toddlers percussion program, Piano and Disc Jockey.

Toddlers Percussion Program: 10 month course.

Intermediate: 4 month advanced courses in drums & guitars.

Cause: Music without a cause is boring!! The Unwind Center promotes the simple precept of good, clean music where the concerts and events take place without the attachment of drugs, alcohol or even Profanity on stage! Women are respected, the police stay out of our premises and mothers are not paranoid to let their children go for a rock concert! In the long run, music and musicians get promoted as opposed to getting bogged down into the vicious cycle of sponsorship and corporate gymnastics.
